This newly remodeled 750 square-foot carriage house will provide you with your own separate "Home Away From Home" as you socially distance yourself from an uncertain world. Just across from the owner's home, it is your "City House in the Country". With 7 acres, many mature trees, a pond and quiet seclusion well off the road, you will feel like you are out in the country. It features a cozy bedroom with a pillow-top king bed, living room, full kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless appliances. Custom bathroom with ceramic/mosaic tile, including washer and dryer-- it will provide you with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bonus space included: Downstairs office / living space with queen size futon bedding included. An attached 1 car garage is also included. Parks for walking and biking are close by. A great escape nest for your getaway stay!
Please also note that we know these are uncertain times and we have a "relaxed" cancelation policy in case your plans change. Also, on behalf or all of our guests, should you become ill prior to your stay please cancel and we will give you a full refund. We want to keep the Guest House clean and safe for all of our guests so if illness strikes, please find another place to isolate yourself--

Summary: 5 out of 5 stars! This was my very first VRBO stay and it couldn't have been any better! Mr. Bob and Mrs. Kimberly were very welcoming, hospitable, kind, and considerate. They felt more like friends than our hosts. The property had everything we needed for a short stay. It was cozy, clean, extremely well equipped, and easy to access. This will be the only Vrbo that I will use when I make my frequent trips to Michigan to visit family.

Summary: We stayed here for 10 days in December and we loved it. It was very cozy and comfortable and nestled in a lovely wooded area, yet very close to Plymouth. Our hosts, Mark and Kim, could not have been nicer to us and really wanted to make sure that we were fine and had everything we needed.

Summary: We had such a great football weekend! Hosts were so kind and welcoming sharing great restaurants and places to pick up groceries. They stocked coffee and other essentials that we truly appreciated after a long day of travel. Comfy bed was great.

Summary: We stayed four nights in this perfect guesthouse located on the owners' property. They have a beautiful yard with a pond, sitting area, gazebo, and plenty of parking. We even saw a mama and baby deer roaming the property during the week. Bob and Kimberly were the perfect hosts, and communication with them was great! We will definitely book again if we are in the area. Thank you for a great stay!

Summary: The carriage house was incredibly comfortable and convenient. The driveway would have been tricky but Bob and Kim had sent a very detailed email about how to find them that made it easy. The kitchen also had the right selection of seasonings and tools to make cooking simple. Location was close to stores and restaurants but far enough away to make it feel like we were at a secluded little getaway. We really enjoyed it.
